Shape the story. Build the system. Move the audience.

15+ years writing, conceiving and producing content and video campaigns across fintech, crypto and education, most recently building an AI-enabled localisation operation spanning 22 languages at MultiBank Group. I bring project management, budgets, vendor relationships and leadership to every operation, partnering directly with C-suite stakeholders to land their vision with global audiences. BBC-trained in video journalism and an agency copywriter by background, I pitch, direct teams and stay hands-on with the flagship work myself.

The series sits alongside my broader remit at MultiBank: editorial direction and brand voice across product journeys, organic social and campaigns for global derivatives and crypto audiences, spanning two app launches and localisation across 22 languages, with content kept compliant across 18 regulators.

Approach

How I run a content operation, not just what it has produced.

Strategy & editorial direction

Set content strategy, priority narratives and brand voice, then build repeatable formats across storytelling, campaigns, video and social, so quality survives scale.

Teams & operating model

Build and lead distributed content, social and creative teams across time zones. Established studios and partner networks; cut delivery time by 64% without lowering the editorial bar.

Distribution & performance

Connect content to Product, Brand, Social, Design and Growth, using audience research and performance data to refine topics, formats and distribution, not just to report on them.
